I was contacted on LinkedIn initially by a recruiter, and after lots of them changing our date and time, we finally were able to have a short phone call. We scheduled our first real interview, which was going to take place over Microsoft Teams. This interview went fairly well. I was told that I also needed to provide (on my own) a short "elevator pitch" video wherein I'd sell myself and why I'd be a good fit at the company. I was told that this part of the selection process would be VERY IMPORTANT, so I spent a whole lot of time making sure that I couldn't be more satisfied with it before sending it over. I read another review here saying that they were ghosted during their interview process, and Goosehead actually responded, saying that they were sorry, and that that's not how they would do things. They would never stoop to that level. However, that's a lie, and that's exactly what happened to me. I never received any sort of correspondence from them again. What a joke. This was for the Dallas office, I should add. Luckily, I was also going through the interview process with another company that actually decided that it would be unprofessional to ghost me, and they reached back out to me soon thereafter. I think I can safely say that most companies don't, but it's obvious that this company really doesn't care about you at all. I recommend reading the other horror stories in the "reviews" section; it may be best to steer clear.
