First, the recruiter forgot to send the invite for the first round phone call but it was rescheduled quickly. Then they start talking to me about the Digital Marketing specialist role when I applied specifically just for the Marketing Specialist posistion. The hiring manager mentioned that I might be better suited for a comms role and I say that I'm interested. Recruiter calls me right after my second interview to see how it went and then never reached out again. I sent two follow up emails and haven't heard anything. Ghosted for sure. Started well ish but quickly went downhill.
