Step 1: Initial phone screening with a rude, hurried recruiter
Then you move on to meet hirng manager, other people as possibly CFO which is a lot for a finance manager role
Recruiter was rude and late and the position sounded like a crappy job. Guess she Is a customer late at night home alone with her barking dog in the ghetto of Philly. The whole company sounds ghetto and sketch.

The interview process was extremely disjointed and wound up spanning 2 months. I completed 3 interviews and then heard nothing for weeks. The recruiter contacted me to resume the interview process with the CFO but then informed me that the next steps would include a round of interviews with 3-4 people. Almost 8 interviews is extreme, so I mentally checked out of the process.
