I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gopuff (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied at Gopuff online was contacted by the recruiter very shortly after. The whole process took two weeks.
Step 1: Speak with the recruiter, they are looking for people that have leadership experience, so a lot of questions are centered around that. Other typical questions like Why GoPuff, location, salary. She mentioned that the next step would be speaking to the Regional Manager.
Step 2: Spoke with the Regional Manager, a lot of questions around leadership and process improvement. He was very upfront on what was required from this role, like working 50 hrs a week, at least one weekend per month and one evening a week. We spoke for about an hour and overall it went great.
Couple of days after, the recruiter sent me an offer!
Overall, pretty easy process. It seems like they are looking for a specific type of candidates so if you fit their profile, the interviews are very easy going.

Ok here I go again. I already had one negative experience with this company. Had two very quick interviews via the phone. Then a third with the district manager virtually. All seemed well. I was even invited to tour the facility. Then nothing. Ghosted. Emails sent to 3 different people. None returned. Another round of emails. No response. Then out of the blue a new recruiter emails and wants to interview. At this point I’m just agreeing to meet for a few hahas. To nobody’s surprise, at the appointed time, my phone remained silent. And a follow up email... yup! Went unanswered. This company is a joke.
