Interview
Thorough interview process, very professional environment and comfortable feel. The interviewer was very prepared for the interview and asked relevant questions. They allowed me to also ask any questions i had. The interview felt more like a conversation rather than a Q&A session. I was very over dressed for the interview, the company is a lot more relaxed than I initially thought. Great interview experience.

Interview
The interview process has changed since I was interviewed 2 years ago. However, from what I have seen, the manager walks you back to one of the conference rooms by our department. She then lets you sit there for a good 10 minutes. She has told me this is in hopes that you listen in on the employee conversations so that you can get a taste of what you will be doing. She then goes in with the assistant manager and goes through a normal verbal interview.
