After I'd applied for a few PCT roles, HR contacted me for a group information session and gave us advice on how to answer interview questions i.e. using the P-S.T.A.R.R method (i.e. Prepare, Situation, Task, Action, Result, Reflection).
My WebEx interview with the unit that I really wanted to work on had about 5 people asking me different questions - standard questions e.g. "Tell me about a time when you had a stressful interaction with a co-worker. How did you handle it?"
However, be prepared for some "wtf" questions which could throw you off your game, e.g. "What superhero would you choose to be, if you could?" (true story!)
Needless to say, I did not have a good answer to some of these questions and did not get the job offer...
