Was expecting technical laboratory questions so focused my mind on how to answer technical questions. In hindsight, I see now that the managers wanted me to really wow them with a presentation about myself. Be prepared to talk, but not too much. Ask questions, but mostly don't be afraid to talk about who you are, where you are and how did out here. Relate your responses to the job and be personal.
