The interview was easy— The interview was online. They asked the usual Call center interview questions. It is a healthcare environment, so they wanted to see if you are a service-orientated person. How many calls have you taken? What does time management mean to you?

There were a lot (5-6) typical situational questions, nothing extremely hard. I am in school for a nursing degree so they did ask me why am I interested in Patient Access. Other than that, a lot of the questions were your typical interview questions.
