The hiring process was very formal and hiring manager used assessment to question skills beyond technical skills. The level of attention given to soft skills (people management) was significant. Advice to recruiting : Leadership and Communication Skills dove tail with people management skills. You are loosing talent because how you are choosing people to fill jobs for a skill that you cannot measure.
