Very casual, there were two interviewers who were both relaxed, honest and easy to talk to. Reviewed a series of simple questions, then went for a tour of the main facility and was able to briefly observe the children. Heard back with a job offer within a week!!!

Was contacted by phone for face to face interview. Interview was very relaxed and dress was very casual (business casual dress was over-dressed). The manager asked a series of questions off of a booklet such as "Give a time when...". After the interview, was contacted the following day and offered the job. Signed the paperwork with a very helpful HR person.
