Interview
As an internal candidate, I was contacted by a very unprofessional outsourced recruiter. Questions were basic, but I do not feel like I was given a fair shot to interview with the actual hiring manager. My interview was canceled last minute and rescheduled. Then I had to reschedule and did not receive a call back. The interviewer was distracted because of an illness in the family, and didn't even know about the position he was questioning me for. I was very disappointed in the process, based on the standards set by the company for it's employees. I would have expected more out of a contractor hired by Grainger.
