I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2010

Interview

The people were really down to earth, not snobby or anything. Interview process was pretty straightforward. One campus interview of 45 minutes, second round on the office that lasted a whole day. The got back to me 1 month after the secound round interview. Negotiated a good salary and adjusted my start date to my convenience.
