I submitted an application and had a phone screening with an HR representative, who was very gracious and answered all my questions. Based on the answers I received, I decided to withdraw my application rather than continue on in the process.

Describe your job history and why you applied for this position.
A preliminary editing task was required. This task was a very good glimpse into the type of work involved in the job. There was also a brief screening interview before the main interview. The main interviewers were informative about many aspects of the job and asked relevant questions.
