Phone interview, Task assignment that included an NGSS lesson plan. The Task assessment is an extensive time commitment. Writing a lesson is not something that is a quick write-up. Took 3 weeks to get feedback.

Standard phone interview. The task is extensive! That is the "difficult" part. Not the content if you know what you are doing but the time involved to include all the aspects of a quality lesson.
