It was a quick, maybe 20 minute interview where the person asked very basic questions including how you rate your PDF and MS Word skills one to five. Interview was easy. Editing test (which I probably didn't pass) was more work.
Next step was a 3-5 hour editing test, but you have to sign a one year nondisclosure first. In my mind, any test over one hour is too much like working for free. Also, signing a one year nondisclosure when you aren't even hired is like taking from the applicant without giving anything in return. Wait till they are hired before making them sign a nondisclosure. If that means, rewriting the editing test, do it.

Two interviews and a sample project. I had to wait a while to hear back for someone, but everyone was very nice. The process went pretty smoothly. Standard interview questions. Met with a few people from the team during interviews.
