The process was extremely long-approximately two months. You’re asked to do a personal statement, phone interview, curriculum vetting task, and then good bye if you do not make it to the next step of meeting with the hiring committee. The curriculum vetting is a 2-3 hour process, which you do not receive feedback on if you were not moved to the next process. Real time feedback is important however, these experts don’t offer feedback for you to grow. This company should look into hiring an educational consultant firm to conduct their hiring because they truly missed the mark. The hiring process isn’t aligned with the mission and vision of the company as well as educational pedagogies.

Nothing that had anything to do with actually writing the curriculum.
Screener call and task. Everyone was extremely nice and the follow up was quick. The task was relevant to the position. All staff in HR were polite and engaging to speak with. I would recommend this company.
