First step is a phone interview. I worked for this company as a seasonal employee before so it was quick. The interviewer had to reschedule 10 minutes before which was disappointing but was able to fit me in later that day. After the quick phone interview I was scheduled for a Zoom interview the following day. This Zoom interview was with two people and they went over some basic questions and my experience. It was about half an hour. This was followed by a three question writing prompt that I was emailed right after the interview. I completed this within 30 minutes. Less than three hours later I got an offer letter. I feel like the only reason everything moved so quickly was because I already worked with the company before and they also were about to close for the week of Christmas. When I was hired the first time for a seasonal position in a different department I just had one Zoom interview but it took a lot longer to hear back.
