In the beginning, everything will move really fast. You'll have a phone interview in a few days and a zoom interview shortly following. Then comes the radio silence. You follow up with a thank you message, there's no response. You follow up asking for an update on the vague timeline they provided you, and you get another vague response. You follow up again, you receive another vague response. And this continues ad nauseum, Save your time and don't hold out for a position at Great Minds, because they sure aren't holding out for you.
