Pretty straight forward. Except they moved the interview time right before the scheduled time and then they were late to the meeting. They seem like they are definitely growing. Don not know if that is good or bad yet.

Interviews were informal. They asked about my background, why I applied for the position, and some general business-type questions. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I spoke with the recruiter first, then went through 2 interviews and created a presentation before meeting with the director who made the offer.

I had a phone screening and was told if I proceed it'll be a more in depth screening the next time. A day later I sent a thank you email but I never heard from them again. Not even an email saying they went with another candidate.
