The process moved fairly quickly (less than 1 month) and included a phone screen with a recruiter where at the end of the call they invited me to complete the video task as a next step. The video task included a mock coaching conversation with a teacher. After that, the final round interview was with two associate directors. The recruiter was very communicative throughout the entire process, even when they didn't have any update other than to say, "There's no info. I'll be in touch in a few days", which was much appreciated. It ended with a call explaining that the needs shifted from what they initially projected and the role was offered to someone in another geographical region but that if/when the need opens in my region, I could directly contact the recruiter for consideration. Although I ultimately didn't land the job, I appreciated the communication and transparency throughout the entire process.
