I had 1phone call with recruiter - 30 mins. I think she wanted to talk more but she had a hard stop. Told me she’d get back to me. I sent a thanks email. Waited a few days to see if there was any feedback. 2 weeks later a rejection. Sheesh, couldn’t send a “I’ll get back to you after we meet more candidates” email before 2 weeks passed/when I sent my feedback email.
