I interviewed twice in about 6 months. First go around, the interview process was needlessly long. HR screening, interview with the hiring manager and then a panel interview which really was 4 separate interviews, one with team members, one culture fit, one with senior management and then a final discussion with the hiring manager. These all occurred within 5 business days, but I didn’t get the job. The second go around was for a similar role under the same manager and they put me on the fast track. Just an HR screening and then an interview with both the hiring manager and senior leadership together. Still didn’t get the job.
