I got an email back saying they wanted to do a phone interview and we scheduled a time window. I waited and no one ever called. I emailed the HR guy back and he contacted the person who was supposed to interview me and we rescheduled. Take two and they actually called this time and we talked for about an hour. They said they were really interested in me and wanted me to come in and meet the team in person and heavily implied they were going to offer me a job as long as things went fine in person. We emailed to set up a time for me to come visit in person and they kept having to push back the date because of travel and various other reasons. They pushed back my visit 3 times over the course of 2-2.5 months and kept having me contact them to reschedule until they finally just ghosted me and stopped responding to my emails. They wasted a huge chunk of my time endlessly rescheduling and leading me to believe I was going to get a job with them. I'm still not sure why they stopped responding, but I sent 3 emails with no response so if they were no longer interested they should've had the decency to tell me so. The whole process seemed incredibly disorganized at best.

I applied online and I got an interview after a month. first I had a phone interview and then I had an on-site interview. The process was easy and the interview was not hard at all. it was casual and it helped me to be comfortable.
