I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gresham Smith in Feb 2023
Interview
I had a single interview with 5 senior level engineers. It seemed a little overwhelming at first, but was not bad. Typical interview questions were asked pertaining to employee compatibility, but there were also some technical questions in regards to pump station design. Interview was not difficult, but understand it was more efficient on everyone's time to have more people interview me at once.
