After a brief virtual screening call I was invited to come into the office for a face-to-face interview. I met with my interviewer (my manager) along with one other lead team member. We sat in a conference room and video called with several other supervisors in the group. After about 20 minutes of conversation about my background and about the company, we ended the video call and my hiring manager took me on an office tour. The interview was relatively casual and I did not feel intimidated by any of the supervisors or managers who spoke with me. There were no "tricky" questions or anything like that, just normal conversation between me and the manager. The whole process took about an hour.
