While it was during COVID times, my interview process with Gresham Smith was still intentional and efficient over Microsoft Teams. All of my interviewers were excited to get to know me and to paint a picture of what working at Gresham Smith looks like and of their values. In my first meeting I walked my interviewers through my portfolio via screen-sharing and discussed my experience and background. In my second meeting we discussed Gresham's culture and I was able to ask questions.
