Great communication with the HR talent manager and the whole team at Gresham. I was able to complete the interviews via Teams since there was not an office in the area. I have worked with their staff on several jobs before the interview process, and the professionalism and curtesy was above and beyond. Completed the process within 2-3 weeks.

Interview
The interview process at Gresham Smith was professional but also laid back. The interviewers did a good job at explaining the job description, culture and expectations for the project engineer role. They also were very interested in my plans for the next five years and my professional development. I discussed the projects I worked on over the years, but we did not dive too much into the technical side. Overall, I thought the interviewing experience with Gresham Smith was less stressful and more interesting than a typical interview.
