I applied online. I interviewed at Greyhound (Fresno, CA) in Nov 2022
Interview
After you submit an application, a recruiter will call you to inform you of times when group interviews are taking place at a Greyhound location. They will ask you to bring your DMV printout (get an official one, not online) and Social Sec. card. The interview is more of a Q&A about the good and not so good of being a driver. My interview had 5 people and a recruiter who had been with the company for 33 years. She was VERY informative and honest about the challenges of the job- most reviews you read about the difficult lifestyle are true, and it is NOT for everyone. At the end of the interview, she was willing to move everyone forward or allow us time to go home and discuss the driver lifestyle with our families. She asked us to call her cell directly with our decision to move forward or not. VERY positive, honest experience.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Greyhound (El Paso, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
Applied through indeed, got an email stating when I would like an interview. I arrived 15 mins early but I was told management was going to be late for about 20 mins. Then I decided to have a look around and already see 2 people whom I assume are homeless sleeping on sets/floor. Interviewer was reading off a packet of questions ( about 15), barely giving eye contact or little feedback. I was asked to sign for a background and drug check from Dallas that should take 3 days. At this point I pretty sure they would hire ANYONE since I had an accident 3 years ago.
