Super easy. Not very structured. There was a personality test that they really go off of. I never talked to an HR person. I would suggest asking for the highest possible income. Dont be shy - if they want you they will make it work

Interviews were professional and encompassed the job description well. The manager was very friendly and encouraged an open dialogue. I do think the job doesn't require a collegiate degree but it worked.
