Applied for property manager position but during the interview was told it was a leasing consultant position. I asked the basic question of salary and the woman said she had no idea what the pay rate was. I was very confused with this answer, how can you hold interviews and not know salary.

Very straightforward. Discussed how my skill set will benefit the team. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was very relaxed. The CM said she will be in contact with me soon.

The interview was done over a zoom call with the property manager. The interview went very well, and interviewer said she would pass on my résumé to her boss. But there was no follow up. I later learned that the interviewer left the company, so that could be why and there is no follow up.
