You fill out one of those crazy applications that ask a bunch of nonsense and meet with the manager on round 1. Round 2 happens with regional if interest is mutual. My third time entertaining an invitation to interview with Greystar and the third time they offered 25% under market salary. Three strikes, you’re out. I’m not going to waste my time again because they can’t afford me.
