My hiring process took about a week and was painless I think it was challenginging but not so diffcult I would second guess myself on some questions. I felt at ease.
Had an interview with the property manager, then regional manager, then the builders boardroom style interview. Same questions asked through all three. As long as you have high energy with an eagerness to learn, you will be fine. Job is fairly easy.

Set up interview with property manager, Followed up for a couple of days, before interview was conducted they reached out stating they are moving with an internal transfer. It felt like they listed the posting just to be fair knowing they had filled the position already.
