A personality quiz was given to me first, then I met with the property manager to do a one on one interview. The questions were fairly basic. The interview was more focused towards personality and ethics.
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
