I went through several rounds of interviews. The first was a phone interview where they established my background and interest. I then progressed to on-site with the property manager. Finally I met with the regional who dug more in to my expectations of the position and what my duties would be. In the end, the website description and pay didn’t match what was expected when they spoke with you.
