I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Greystar (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2016
Interview
Was asked things specifically addressed in resume, which made it an easier interview. Was comfortable and inviting. (Charlotte, NC). Was told I would hear back within a week, but never received word from the apartment, so I had to contact the local Greystar management office in order to hear any news. I waited three weeks to hear anything, so I had to go to the step above to find out I was not hired and was not going to be because they wanted to hire within. Hated I had to wait that long, while unemployed, to find out I was not even an option.
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Greystar (West New York, NJ) in Feb 2026
Interview
I was working in a management position when ownership decided it was best to have Greystar take over managing their properties. I interviewed with Greystar and was offered a leasing position.
