The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Greystar (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2011
Interview
I found this employment posting on career builder. I submitted a resume and was contacted a week later. I arrived on time for my interview but sat waiting for 30 minutes. Once the interview began I was asked about my experience and future career goals. We spoke for about 1 hour and then toured the property. The entire visit took approximately 2 hours. Prior to leaving she (the property manager) told me that she wanted me to meet her regional, but never got a call back. The office was upbeat and cheerful. The staff all seemed to enjoy each others company. It seemed like an enjoyable place to work.
Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Greystar (West New York, NJ) in Feb 2026
