I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grid Dynamics (Chisinau) in Apr 2025
Interview
Applied for Data Science INTERNSHIP, so not even the Job.
Got an automated test on email, that is comprised of 4 other tests in, Git, Python, Data Science, and Machine Learning
Each question is timed and you cannot change the browser window as it skips the questions.
Results of the tests came back immediately and i got 100% in all of them. It also said in the email - "If you don't hear from us that means we didn't select you for the next stage"
So naturally i thought with 100% on all tests - surely i will get selected at least for the next stage. Wrong! Not even a phone call.
Before you think that maybe my CV is not that good, i must humbly mention Master Degree in Data Science (and a few years of junior experience), that's why i managed to get 100% on the tests.
Also might i remind you this was for an Internship, not even a job offer.
Heard a lot about this company - so i expected more professionalism.
