Overall had 3 rounds of interview with initial screening round. Two were technical with a Sr. Data scientist (Coding was involved) and one with a manager ( high level about past experiences and discussed. one project end to end). Cleared all rounds and had a HR round, to discuss about the package. The HR was fairly good initially and completed the interview process in one week. But post the salary negotiations, the HR said will release the offer letter and gave various reasons. After couple days of following up, the HR finally said due to change in business strategy, the offer and the position has been put on hold. This is utter mismanagement from the company and wasted my time and efforts. Please be more transparent in all stages of the interview and don't waste anybody's time just because you are giving job. This is really unprofessional behavior and hope the company doesn't repeats it again for anyone.
