I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Grid Dynamics (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Aug 2025
Interview
All the interviews have at least 4 steps. These are very frustrating…
HR call, one technical challenge with the Grid Dynamics team, a delivery manager call, and finally 1 or 2 interviews with the client. The whole process can last one or two months.
I think all of this is very unnecessary. There are other companies where you can get faster results. I suggest only using this one as a second option.
Other Software Developer Interview Reviews for Grid Dynamics
The entire recruitment process was very poorly organized, with most concerns related to the HR side. There was constant handover between different HR representatives, and at one point an interview was scheduled but no one from the hiring side showed up.
There was one technical interview within the company (which was conducted in a pleasant atmosphere), followed by one interview with the client and then another one with the client.
Overall, the process felt very confusing, unusual, and poorly organized.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grid Dynamics (Kraków) in May 2026
Interview
Extremely unprofessional process. After passing technical rounds and being graded as T3 Senior, I was asked to provide highly sensitive documents (Passport, residence permit, and previous service contracts) for a "Mobility check". A few days later, they simply sent a template email saying the role was closed by another candidate. Requesting personal data before even issuing a draft offer is a major red flag and potentially a data privacy concern. Avoid if you value your time and data.
I applied online. I interviewed at Grid Dynamics (Chennai) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple technical rounds. The first round focused on basic concepts and problem-solving skills. The second technical round was quite tough and included in-depth technical questions, coding challenges, and scenario-based discussions.
