I had first round for about 2 hours, it was virtual and it was detailed one on background and various technical topics. Went well. Then silence for 7-10 days. And suddenly on one fine day HR showed urgency and scheduled an interview with delivery manager and solution architect. It was fine however It seemed they are looking for someone different. Then again silence for 2 week. I considered not selected and moved on. Then after another week, I got a linkedin message for some other role. I didn't like giving another interview in this company so I declined. I don't mind getting rejected, it's part and parcel of interview process. But what was turn off for me was lack of transparency and courtesy by HR.
