The first stage took place by phone with IT Recruiter. The questions were about the current place of work, and about the experience and a small test of English. Next was a technical video interview with two employees. From one there were good questions, who perfectly understood the level of my knowledge from the resume. There were deeper questions from the second employee, which I could not answer due to the not so deep knowledge that the second interlocutor expected from me. Based on the results of the technical interview in the messages from HR, I saw that the same second interlocutor indicated points that were not even mentioned as points that we did not even touch during the technical interview. It is very strange. I think if the second interlocutor had been more experienced in interviews, he would have asked the right questions and would have fully felt how much I wanted to work in the company for its own good and develop.

The interview was fast paced however there was somewhat of a language barrier as I was from jamaica and they were from Russia so that was the only issue I found with the process

This was an online interview with two interviewers which took about 2 hours. They were asking various questions about Linux, Networking, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and AWS. In the end, they also asked about my experience, and about projects, I have done before. Also, there was some bash scripting involved.
