The interview was supposed to have more interviewers from different areas, but only 1 was present during the interview. This person did not have the competency to assess other competency such as Project management and did not care to hear the answers. Also there was only one way, the interviewer's way, or not at all. When it comes to new concepts and management approach in Agile he did not know them, insisted on his single perspective. They are lacking the knowledge in exactly what they are asking for and they reject people based on very biased opinions
