HR and behavioural interviews are pretty standard. Technical interview was focused on the experience & stack, there is a task for temp github project investigation & fixing (instead of leetcode), and ML system design.

Question 1
Could you please descrive the challenges you had during your recent projects and how you solved them?
Not much positive I can tell about this process. They put people with little experience as interviewers. It was difficult for me to get answers to my questions. At the same time I got troubles to understand what I was asked about. Many questions were just impractical, or seemed more like investing nuances, rather than essential skills.
