Unfortunately, upon applying for the role, Petria reached out and expressed interest in an initial screening call to run through some further details around the opportunity. She asked me for some availability which I kindly sent across, to then be completely blanked, no call, no response to my email, nothing! Very poor. If this is how the initial recruitment is managed, I can only imagine what the recruitment process looks like internally!
