Please Dont Apply for this!!!!
The Recruitment team creates unnecessary confusion.
Initially i was interviewed at grid dynamics and feedback was Negative.
After few days im getting calls to take up another interview and feedback was positive.
And even i got mail invite to go office for further discussions. Same day it got postponed.
After a week recruiter says we have a conflict between two interviews feedback so we are still resolving this. Mail loop continued. And i get another call saying both interview had 50-50 one gave positive feedback and another gave negative.
Both of these interviews are not aligned - it was told me that two different interviews and project.
After all these confusion- they tried the best to come with a statement but even that was contradictory.
Not sure these days investing on employee time is a joke for many companies. after giving positive feedback.

Question 1
Two coding questions on hashmap and linked list and theory on java 8
I had one interview with a developer that included coding tasks and general questions. I interviewed for a position of a senior but left the interview thinking it was too easy. Questions about maps, slices, and some basics of concurrency.

Interview
Unless they are looking for a specific project, do not participate in a technical interview. I had 2 interviews for this company, twice they did not have a specific project in mind, just interviewing randomly. The first interview was one of the worst interviews in my life, the interviewer would ask some of the most weird and incredibly specific questions, after asking him if he ever used these he would say " I stumbled upon this a few weeks ago and wanted to see if you knew this ", bear in mind this is a senior developer with many years of experience. After 2 years I had another interview for this company, interview went awesome, answered basically all questions, (except again with a few very specific questions with again " I stumbled upon this a few weeks ago and wanted to see if you knew about it ", who does that ?). I was told I did not pass for senior but for middle ( bear in mind aside the very specific questions I answered everything, sometimes sluggish as I was stressed or misunderstood the question but still answered )."

I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Grid Dynamics in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process had three phases, possibly four with the client’s tech test. Everything was respectful, and the technical interview stood out for being surprisingly friendly — which is rare nowadays. Unfortunately, after completing all stages successfully, they went silent. I was first told the role had been closed, then redirected to a PM who promised another opportunity, but they ghosted me afterwards.

Question 1
The technical interview included a few theoretical questions about Java and Spring, followed by a short coding challenge.
