The interview process was WAY too excessive for this position.
Involved screening call with a recruiter, interview with the hiring manager, completing a take-home excel, assignment, SEVEN 45-minute interviews with different heads of departments including a live case study with the hiring manager.
Recruiter said he would get back to me within a week following the seven interviews and never heard back from him.

AVOID!! DIDN'T PAY BACK $600 OF TRAVEL EXPENSES. I had a phone interview, and they were very excited to fly me to interview onsite. They booked a hotel reservation, and when I arrived to check in, the hotel clerk said I was supposed to put the full charge on my credit card, and the company would reimburse. After 4 interviews on-site, they called that afternoon with an offer. The offer was offensively low (40% lower than the market rate for this position) and they said there was zero room to negotiate. I explained that this wasn't competitive with other offers and would have to decline. I submitted my travel expense report and the company never responded. I followed up four times, called their office, and they never paid me back for the expenses. DO NOT INTERVIEW!
