Interview

The first part of the interview process was a phone discussion with HR, followed by a face to face discussion at the company office. Next was the technical interview - a one hour long discussion about my background and future technical aspirations. Finally, I had a discussion with the business area manager where the financial part was negotiated.

Entretien RH + commercial, extrêmement facile. Les gens en face était clairement impressionnés par des compétences basiques, comme le fait de parler français correctement. Ne pas hésiter à challenger l'interviewer(se) car le niveau est généralement bas.
