I went through a recruiter. Was told they wanted to skip the hr portion and straight into the programming test. Which I completed, every one of their requirements. I sent it back, after working all night on it. Then I hear nothing, ask the recruiter and he says they told him it “wasn’t what they were expecting” Riddle me this, I did all of the things they asked for and even some bonuses and that’s all I get back. Completely unprofessional, I wouldn’t waste your time
