Very disorganized process for interviews - all remote. I had an initial interview with the manager of the PM team which went well and was generally a getting to know you interview. He informed me that he wanted me to meet with the team of Product Managers so that I could ask them questions about the role. He also let me know that they were taking their time with the interview process. About a month later I had my second interview with the same manager and one of the Product Managers in the role. Although advertised as more of a question/answer session with the team this was much more of a traditional interview with the other product manager asking questions typical for any interview. After this interview they again re-iterated that they would be in touch for the third and final in-person interview but they had some other candidates and it may be a while. A month after this interview I had heard nothing and reached out to the hiring manager. He explained they were still in the interview process and would reach out to me within a week or two - that was 2 months ago and I never got an email or call regarding the position which I consider extremely rude and unprofessional. If you interview with this company just assume you MAY hear back in several months if you're lucky.
