I had 5 rounds of interviews in total, broken up as follows:
1) Phone screen with a recruiter
2) Phone screen with a product manager
3) On site interview, meeting with four people
4) On site interview, meeting with two managers
5) Video conference with senior leader
The phone screens were fairly standard, allowing the Grubhub employee to get a feel for my skills and for me to understand a little more about the role and the culture.
The on site interviews went very well, with all of the interviewers engaged. They all made time for my questions, while at the same time making sure to cover a wide range of topics.
The video conference ran into a few technical difficulties, but the person I spoke to brushed it off and put me at ease despite the delayed start.
